What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.


Why are you asking for a username and password? 
For your security, in order to make a payment we first have to associate your payment with an existing account in our website system. Therefore, your next step is to log in with the username and password for your website in the form above. You should have received a confirmation email from us if you did a self-sign up. If you are working with a designer or account manager, they will have your username and password. If your username has been pre-filled then you only need to provide the password that was given to you or you chose at sign up.

Where do I make a payment? 
After you have successfully signed in with your username and password, on the next screen you will have access to update your credit card and billing information.

How can I be sure that my credit card is safe with you?
You can be confident in knowing that secure.earthgrid.com is a verified Authorize.Net merchant. We are also PCI 2.0 Compliant with TRUSTWAVE, the highest level of standards in the credit card processing industry. We do NOT keep your credit card number or have access to it once you submit it through our secure payment form. We process payments through Wells Fargo and American Express directly (you can click on the logos in the upper right corner to verify our status with each payment procesor).

How will the payment appear on my statement? 
Each payment will show up as PAYMYGRID.COM/EARTHGRID on your credit card statement.

Terms
Upon completion of the transaction your account will be activated. Payment details about this package appear on the next screen after successful login. All sales are final. The subscription is billable monthly or annually, depending on the package you have selected. For your convenience, payments will be automatically charged on your credit ard. An invoice will be sent to the email address on file that you provided during the purchase. You can cancel anytime from your website [Control Panel > My Account > Cancel Billing]. Any cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing period.
